• Free business consultations (valued at ~50,000 BDT)
• Guaranteed consultation slots (999 BDT one-time fee)
• End-to-end development services
• Custom business solutions

3. Consultation Services

Free Consultation: We offer free consultations subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or refuse free consultations at our discretion.

Guaranteed Slot: For a fee of 999 BDT (or equivalent in USD for international clients), you can book a guaranteed consultation time slot. This fee is non-refundable but ensures your consultation is scheduled at a specific time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for guaranteed consultation slots must be made in advance. All fees are stated in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) or equivalent USD for international clients. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AppBRAIN Technologies and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

AppBRAIN Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel a guaranteed consultation slot, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for guaranteed slots are subject to our discretion and may incur processing fees.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during consultations. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality for information shared through our website contact forms. Please do not share sensitive proprietary information through our website forms.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the services. You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
